| Jeannette Hardin has been creating fun, beautiful cakes now for nearly 10 years. She started her career at the well respected Torrance Bakery in Torrance California where she decorated cakes as well as managed a store location. As she worked through culinary school she did everything from baking and decorating to consultations with brides and management. She was fortunate to learn most of what she knows today about the bakery world from what she considers to be the best in the business. Jeannette has now opened her own cake business and is busy teaching and making anything from simple cakes and cupcakes ("Classy Confections") to the very elaborate Wedding Cakes and Custom Shaped Specialty cakes she loves. She does all of this out of her baking facility located in La Quinta, CA at "Cooking With Class." "...I am thrilled to be able to bring fun, creative cakes to this part of the desert!
